It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to lead, ride, or drive any horse, goat, mule, ass, cattle, sheep, or swine along, upon, or over any curb space, sidewalk, or lawn not his or her own in the city, or to suffer any livestock of any kind owned by him or her under his or her control to go upon any such curb space, sidewalk, or lawn. Provided, this section shall not be applicable to mini-pigs, for which separate regulations are made.
