The Authority shall be vested with all the powers, duties, and responsibilities provided for in the Community Development Law, Neb. RS 18-2101 et seq., as may be amended from time to time. The Authority shall assume all obligations of, and exercise all power and authority previously exercised by the City Council acting as the Community Development Agency.
