§ 6-2-77 REDUCTION IN FORCE; POLICY; ADOPTION BY CITY MANAGER.
   The City Manager, after consultation with the City Council, shall adopt, in writing, a reduction in force policy, applicable to all full-time police officers and full-time firefighters, which is conformable to the requirements of the Civil Service Act, being Neb. RS 19-1826 and 19-1827.
