§ 6-2-65 BUILDING AND FIRE CODES EXCEPTIONS BOARD; ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP.

There hereby is established a Building and Fire Codes Exceptions Board. The Board shall consist of five regular members, plus one additional member who shall attend and serve only when one of the regular members is unable to attend for any reason. The regular members and the alternate member of the Board of Adjustment shall also be ex-officio the regular members and the alternate member, respectively, of the Building and Fire Codes Exceptions Board.
