§ 6-2-52 SAME; RESIDENCE; COMPENSATION; CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS NOT ELIGIBLE.
   (A)   Members of each board or commission shall be residents of the city. This provision shall not apply to the Plumbers Examining Board, the Park, Cemetery, and Tree Board, the Economic Development Application Review Commission, nor to any other board or commission which is permitted or required to have non-resident members by the statutes of the state.
   (B)   The members of each board or commission shall serve without pay.
   (C)   No member of the City Council shall be eligible to serve on any board or commission.
