§ 6-2-34 CITY ENGINEER; ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   There is hereby established the office of City Engineer. The City Engineer shall be appointed by the City Manager. The City Engineer shall perform all the duties as prescribed by the state statutes, such duties as are, or may be prescribed by the municipal code to be performed by the City Engineer, and such other duties as the City Manager may prescribe.
