§ 6-2-29 DEPUTY CITY CLERK; ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT.
   There hereby is established the office of Deputy City Clerk. The Deputy City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Manager. The City Manager shall have discretion not to fill this position.
