§ 6-2-28 SAME; DUTIES.
   The City Clerk shall have the custody of all records and official papers of the city. The City Clerk shall perform all the duties as prescribed by the state statutes, such duties as are, or may be prescribed by the municipal code to be performed by the City Clerk, and such other duties as the City Manager may prescribe.
