§ 6-2-3 INCOMING OFFICER AND OFFICE; QUALIFICATION; DEMAND; ASSUMPTION.
   It shall be the duty of each incoming appointive officer, immediately upon his or her appointment, to qualify, make demand for, and assume his or her office.
