§ 6-1-23 ORDER OF BUSINESS; GENERAL.
   Rule 6. When the City Council has been called to order by the presiding officer as hereinbefore provided, the City Council shall proceed to business, which shall be conducted in such order as the City Council may by resolution prescribe.
