§ 6-1-3 CITY COUNCIL MEMBER; CITY COUNCIL MEMBER-ELECT; OFFICE; REPORT OF SURRENDER; ASSUMPTION; CHANGE OF ROLL.

   Each City Council member surrendering his or her office and each City Council member assuming his or her office shall immediately upon such surrender and assumption report such fact of surrender and

assumption to the City Clerk, who shall accordingly change the roll of City Council members.
