Facilities that are likely hazards to the safety of drinking water or that could have a substantial impact on a system shall meet the separation requirements set forth in Title 179 of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Regulations Governing Public Water Systems. The following facilities must be located beyond the specified minimum horizontal separation distances from a public water well.
