A violation of any provision of this chapter is a Class II violation. After the Development Services Director, or, as the case may be, the Code Administrator II, shall have notified any person, firm, association, or corporation in writing of a violation, each day such violation or refusal or failure to comply continues shall constitute a separate offense.
