If upon inspection the Plumbing Inspector finds the work or material used is not in accordance with the provisions of this article, he or she shall notify the person doing the work in writing or by posting written notice upon the premises. If the work is found to be satisfactory by the Plumbing Inspector, he or she shall so inform the workers in charge and shall place a notice of approval (tag) showing the date of such inspection on the premises.
