§ 4-3-90 TESTS; REQUIRED; BY WHOM; PRESENCE OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR.
   It shall be the duty of the plumbing contractor, limited contractor, or person in charge to test, in the manner hereinafter provided and in the presence of the Plumbing Inspector, all soil, waste, vent, water, steam gas and oil pipes, all sheet metal work for heating, and the fittings in connection therewith.
