§ 4-3-18 GAS SERVICE LINE.
   GAS SERVICE LINE. A pipe and fittings used to convey unmeasured gas from the main to the premises to be supplied, and in general, extending underground to a riser that extends above ground at the foundation wall through which the pipe passes.
