A violation of any provision of this article or the neglect or refusal to comply with any lawful order or notice of the Electrical Inspector made pursuant to the provisions hereof, is a Class II violation. Where the Electrical Inspector shall have notified any person as provided in § 4-2-12 of this article to repair, rearrange, or remove electrical equipment within 30 days and such person shall fail to do so, each day which shall elapse after the expiration of such 30 days’ time until the order of the Electrical Inspector is fully complied with shall be considered a separate offense.
