During and upon completion of the installation of electrical equipment, it shall be the duty of the contractor, electrician, or installer to notify the Electrical Inspector when the work is ready for inspection. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor or person in charge of electrical installation to see that no work is obscured from view and is left open until inspected and approved.
