§ 4-2-12 DANGEROUS EQUIPMENT; CONDITIONS; NOTICE.
   Whenever in the judgment of the Electrical Inspector, any electrical equipment has been constructed or placed, or is guarded, in a manner such as would tend to cause or permit fires or accidents or endanger life or property, the Electrical Inspector shall at once notify the owner or occupant, or the agent of the owner or occupant, of such defect and order him or her to repair, rearrange, or remove the same.
