§ 130.15  DEFACING OR INJURING TOWN PROPERTY UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   No person shall scar, deface, destroy, injure or otherwise interfere with any article or property of any kind belonging to the town. This section shall not relieve any such person from payment of damage which may be sustained by the town or by any person.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, injure, destroy or mischievously interfere with any hydrant, fountain, pump, pipe, main or any other part of the lighting system or public works of the town or to remove any signal or lantern or other safeguards placed by the town authorities.
