(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violator to a civil penalty in the sum of $100 per day.
(a) A citation for said civil penalty shall be issued by the appropriate town official.
(b) Each citation for a civil penalty must be paid within the designated hours of issuance.
(2) Each and every day that the violator continues in violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(C) The municipality may also, and in addition, seek any and all appropriate equitable remedies, injunctions and/or abatement orders from the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.

(D) Any violation of § 130.18 shall subject the offender to a civil penalty to be recovered by the city in a civil action in the nature of a debt if the offender does not pay any penalty called for thereunder within the prescribed period of time after being cited for violation of that section. If the violation is continued, each day's violation shall be a separate offense.
(1) Section 130.18 may also be enforced by an appropriate equitable remedy such as injunction or such other order as may be issued from any court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) Section 130.18 may be enforced by any one, all or a combination of the remedies authorized and prescribed above.
