§ 130.03 OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to in any manner obstruct any street or alley crossing, or for any number of persons to congregate at any point upon any street or sidewalk in the town so as to hinder or interfere with the free passage of pedestrians or vehicles thereon.
