§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which there is no penalty, is subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any bicycle, operated by the owner or other person lawfully in the custody thereof, which is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may be taken into custody and impounded by the court for a period not to exceed 30 days.
