§ 71.05  DRIVING OR RIDING ON GRASS PLOT ON MAIN STREET PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or ride any horse, mule or team, or drive any motor-driven vehicle on or across the grass plot on Main Street between 7th and 8th Streets and between 13th and 17th Streets.
