§ 71.04  CROSSING CENTRAL PARKING SPACE ON MAIN STREET WITHOUT STOPPING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person driving or operating an automobile or truck to cross the central parking space on Main Street without coming to a complete stop.
