§ 71.03  DRIVING TO LEFT OF CENTRAL LIGHTS ON MAIN STREET PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person driving an automobile or other motor vehicle, upon entering or leaving Main Street, to drive to the left of the “bull’s eye” at the street intersections on Main Street.
