§ 31.91 ANNOUNCEMENT OF VOTES; WHEN CHANGES NOT PERMITTED.
   The result of all votes by “yeas” and “nays” shall not be announced by the Village Clerk but shall be handed by the Clerk to the Chairman for announcement, and no vote shall be changed after the tally list has passed from the hands of the Clerk.
