(A) No person shall engage in the business of dry cleaning within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this Section. It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of dry cleaning within the Village unless such person has applied for and obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in §
119.007
of this Chapter.
(B) The fee for a license for a dry cleaning business shall be as provided in §
119.008
of this Chapter.
(C) The Inspectors of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall investigate or cause to be investigated the premises to be used and shall report the result of the investigation to the President and Board of Trustees before the issuance of a license.
(D) No license shall be issued to any person not complying with all of the provisions of the building and zoning ordinances, Chapter 154 of this Code of ordinances and the provisions of the fire prevention code of Chapter 92 relating to flammable liquids.
