(A) In the absence of provisions to the contrary, all fees and charges for licenses or permits shall be paid in advance at the time application therefor is made to the Village Clerk in the amounts prescribed in the schedule set forth in § 119.008.
(B) If not sooner terminated by operation of law or ordinance, all licenses shall terminate at 12:00 a.m. on June 1 of each year.
