(A) Definition: The term “laundromat” as used in this Section shall mean any establishment in which coin-operated facilities are available for washing and/or for drying clothes, or both, which is open and available to the general public for use.
(B) License and Compliance Required: No person shall establish or operate any laundromat within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this Section. It shall be unlawful to establish or operate any laundromat within the Village unless such person has applied for and has obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
(C) License Fee: The fee for a license for a laundromat shall be as required in § 119.008 of this Chapter.
(D) Equipment Installation: Installation of all equipment in such establishments shall be in conformity with the ordinances relating to such establishments.
