(A) License Required: No person shall operate or conduct a laundry within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this Section. It shall be unlawful to operate or conduct a laundry within the Village unless such person has applied for and has obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
(B) License Fee: The fee for a laundry license required by this Section shall be as provided in § 119.008 of this Chapter.
(C) Sanitary Conditions:
1. Premises: Premises used for laundries must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No refuse of any kind shall be permitted to accumulate on such premises, and the premises must be kept free from rats, mice and vermin.
2. Employees: It shall be unlawful for any person with a contagious disease to be employed in or by any laundry.
(D) Inspections: It shall be the duty of the official designated by the President and Board of Trustees to inspect every establishment licensed under this section at least once every six (6) months. Any violations which are discovered under the terms of this subchapter shall be reported to the President and Board of Trustees.
