§ 31.73 WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION OR RESOLUTION.
   After a motion or resolution is stated by the presiding officer, it shall be deemed to be in possession of the Village Board of Trustees, but it may be withdrawn at any time before decision, by consent of the Board.
