§ 119.009 SEPARATE LICENSE OR PERMIT FOR EACH BUSINESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate any business within the corporate limits of the Village except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. If a specific license for such business is not provided for within any of the several subchapters of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to operate such business within the Village unless the operator thereof has applied for and obtained a license from the Village Clerk as provided in § 119.007 of this Chapter.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, where a person conducts more than one activity for which a license or permit is required, such person must obtain a separate license or permit for each such activity in which such person is engaged. E.g.: A bakery that sells at wholesale and has delivery trucks in connection with its business is licensed on the basis of the floor area of the bakery, pursuant to subsection (A)(1) of § 119.008, and each delivery truck is also licensed pursuant to subsection (B) of said § 119.008.
