§ 31.43 DUTY TO VOTE; CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
   Every member of the Village Board of Trustees who shall be present when a question is stated from the chair shall vote thereon, unless excused by the Board or unless he or she is personally interested in the question, in which case he or she shall not vote.
