§ 31.40 CALL OF MEMBER TO ORDER.
   A member of the Village Board of Trustees, when called to order by the chair, shall thereupon discontinue speaking and take his or her seat and the order or ruling of the chair shall be binding and conclusive, subject only to the right of appeal.
