§ 31.38 PRESENTATION OF COMMUNICATIONS; PETITIONS.
   When a member of the Village Board of Trustees wishes to present a communication, petition, order, resolution, ordinance or other original matter, he or she shall send it to the desk of the Village Clerk, who shall read it when reached in its proper order.
