§ 31.06 STANDING COMMITTEES.
   (A)   Specified. The following shall be the standing committees of the Village Board of Trustees:
      (1)   Committee on Police, Fire, Emergency Management, 911, and EMS.
      (2)   Committee on Parks, Special Events, Senior Services, Library, and Historical Commission.
      (3)   Committee on Business, Liquor, Ordinances, Utilities, and General Permits.
      (4)   Committee on Streets, Water, Storm Water, Engineering, and Fleet/Building Maintenance.
      (5)   Committee on Human Resources, Insurance, Bills, and Legal.
      (6)   Committee on Planning, Zoning, Health, Building, Environment, and Transportation.
   (B)   Membership; appointment. Each regular committee shall consist of a Chairman and two members to be appointed by the Village President.
   (C)   Reports. Any report of a committee shall be deferred for final action thereon to the next regular meeting after the report is made, upon the request of any two members of the Board.
