§ 31.04 PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEES DECLARED CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE; POWERS OF ARREST.
   The Village President and members of the Board of Trustees, as well as all members of the Police Department, hereby are declared to be conservators of the peace with the powers to make arrests as are given to conservators of the peace by statute.
