§ 95.04 CLOSING TIME OF PARKS.
   All parks within the Village shall be closed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., provided that for special occasions the Village Playground and Recreation Board may authorize that a park be kept open past closing time provided for herein upon giving written notice to the Village Department of Police.
