§ 34.152 POWERS.
   Except as modified by this municipal code, the Parks and Recreation Board shall possess all of the powers and responsibilities of the President and Board of Trustees set forth in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-95-1 et seq. and as same may hereafter be amended from time to time.
