There is established hereby a Parks and Recreation Department to be operated by the Parks and Recreation Board also established hereby. Such Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of five members, who shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the President and Board of Trustees. All members of the Board shall be residents of the Village of Schiller Park. Members shall receive the compensation as shall be fixed from time to time by the President and Board of Trustees. The Parks and Recreation Department shall operate in the public parks and the recreation center building of the Village.
