No person to whom a permit has been issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall use, operate or employ any sound-amplifying device within the Village limits after the hour of 10:00 p.m., prevailing time, Sunday through Thursday; after the hour of 11:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Fridays and Saturdays; or before the hour of 8:00 a.m., prevailing time, of any day. No permittee shall use, operate or employ any such device within a radius of two blocks from any hospital or within a radius of two blocks from any church while any services are being held there.
