§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $ 500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 94.02 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Where the act charged to be a violation or the act which is the cause of the violation is committed in whole or in part by a person acting as an employee, representative, agent or officer of the owner or operator of the vehicle, aircraft or device, the operation or maintenance of which is the cause of that violation, then the employee, representative, agent or officer, as well as the owner or operator, shall be held liable for that violation.
