(A) It shall be unlawful for any licensee to conspire with others to fix or control rates for public passenger vehicles within the Village. It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for uncontrolled but reasonable rates for livery service and maximum rates of fare for taxicabs as provided in § 123.19. Any scheme, device or other activity employed by any person to evade this purpose is unlawful.
(B) The Administrator shall revoke the license or ID card of any licensee or chauffeur's ID holder found engaging in price fixing.
