(A) The licensing provided for herein shall be under the control and supervision of the Village Clerk of the Village of Schiller Park, or his or her designee.
(B) The Administrator shall enforce the provisions of this chapter to ensure that all licensees and chauffeurs are in compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
(C) The President and Board of Trustees shall establish fees for the issuance of licenses, public passenger vehicle authorizations, and chauffeurs' ID cards. Fees for inspections required under § 123.09 shall be paid to and set by the safety inspection station.
