Adult entertainment establishments shall be limited to one wall mounted sign no greater than one-half (1/2) square foot of sign per linear foot of wall length, not to exceed a total of fifteen (15) square feet. The sign shall not be lit or lighted, flash, blink or move by mechanical means and shall not extend above the roofline of the building. No flashing lights or lighting that gives the impression of motion or movement shall be permitted. (Ord. 2013-014, 12-30-2013)
