2-4-17: SEPARATION FROM OTHER ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS:

No adult entertainment establishment shall be allowed to locate or expand within one thousand three hundred twenty feet (1,320') of any other adult entertainment use or of any bar or tavern. (Ord. 2013-014, 12-30-2013)
