Adult entertainment establishment shall be limited to the zones specified for such use and shall be forbidden in all other zones within the village. No adult entertainment establishment shall be permitted within one thousand three hundred twenty feet (1,320') of any residential zone, residential dwelling, or of any facility or property used for religious assembly, school or park and recreation. This separation distance shall be measured as a straight line, without regard to intervening properties, from the nearest exterior wall of the adult entertainment establishment to the nearest lot line of a residential zone, residential dwelling or a lot that contains a religious assembly, school or park and recreation use.
