Every application for an adult use business license (whether a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application and investigation fee. The application and investigation fee shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) and periodically may be reviewed and adjusted as deemed necessary. (Ord. 2013-014, 12-30-2013)
