A. No junk dealer operating a junkyard located within the boundaries of the village, and no owner of any real estate located within the boundaries of the village, shall operate the same, or allow any person, firm, or corporation to operate the same, after thirty (30) days from the effective date hereof, without first having obtained from the village a license therefor. Such license shall be applied for on forms provided by the village clerk.
B. A separate license shall be required for each separate and nonadjacent junkyard. (Ord. 86-3-1, 3-31-1986)
